Antigua - a Caribbean country - is part of the "Windward Isles“. The Steinmetz Tigra in Antigua Blue perfectly reflects the emotions of this vehicle. The engineers and designers at Steinmetz Opel-Tuning have extended the styling lines of the Tigra Twin Top to give the Tigra a new face. Inside and out, the Steinmetz Tigra Twin Top has an exciting design making it a perfect cabrio.

Exhaust:
The highly polished, trapezoid twin-pipe rear silencers are a Steinmetz trademark, and their sonorous note is best appreciated on the top open. As an aesthetic alternative a rear silencer trim is available with a single trapezoid tailpipe which is welded to the standard silencer .

Lowering:
The Steinmetz 30 mm lowering kit was not developed purely for aesthetic reasons but also contributes to improved safety and uncompromising driving pleasure. The Steinmetz springs reduce the Tigra's body roll tendencies on cornering, allowing more precise steering behaviour.

Wheel/tyre combination:
A large part of the sporting appearance of the Tigra Twin Top is due to the Steinmetz alloy wheels available in two different designs. Firstly the Type ST1 with closed spokes and secondly the Type ST3 with open spokes and a slight outward curvature. Both designs are available in various sizes for 4-hole fixing. Steinmetz recommends tyres by Michelin or Continental.

4-hole ST1
7.5J x 16“ with 205/50 R 16
7.5J x 16“ with 225/45 R 16

4-hole ST3
7.0J x 16“ with 205/50 R 16
7.0J x 16“ with 225/45 R 16
7.5J x 17“ with 215/40 R 17

Bodywork / Aerodynamics: The new trade mark - the centre fold - is used throughout by Opel and has also been picked up by the designers at Steinmetz Opel Tuning. Right the centre of the fold lies the curvature of the honeycomb front grille, characteristic of Steinmetz, with the Opel badge omitted to give an impressive new appearance. The Steinmetz front spoiler attached to the standard bumper not only gives the Tigra Twin Top a more dynamic front but also increases downforce on the front axle due to its shape, optimised in wind tunnel tests.Good rearward visibility is provided by the electrically adjustable, heated Steinmetz sports mirrors, adapted to the shape of the Tigra Twin Top.
Subtle but nonetheless striking, the rear is enhanced by the 2-piece rear spoiler.
Further body accessories are the designer stripes in silver or anthracite, and the aluminium fuel filler cap.

Precision of fit and flowing transitions make the Tigra Twin Top by Steinmetz a new and individual car.

Interior equipment:
Individual accents are set by the decidedly sporty Steinmetz interior accessories. Perfect fit on installation and gear change are self-evident with the aluminium gear knob with reverse release, or the leather-trimmed aluminium gear knob. Further aluminium components such as pedal set, foot rest and handbrake handle further enhance the interior.
The Steinmetz Interior is completed with the 2-piece footmat set with Steinmetz logo in stainless steel and the sill trims.
