Since the appearance of the BMW 7series in 2001, discussions about his design arised. Much to the delight of the designers of this automobile, who with this luxury automobile created a real charactor actor. For more than 22 years, the name G-POWER is the synonyme for performance and design. Relating to the motto FIRST CLASS PERFORMANCE the G-POWER G7 delivers the fine adjustment for the ambitious driver. The new interpretation of the G7 5.2 compressor does not leave open any questions regarding “design and performance”.
The G-POWER G7 5.2K – The fastest way to move forward
As first automobile tuner, G-POWER delivers for the new Valvetronic engines of BMW a compressor system being absolutely unique. With 550 hp / 404 kW and outstanding 740 Nm at 3500 rpm, the fact that the acceleration values from 5.5s to 100 km/h are moving in the sports car area is quickly revealed. With a weight of 2.2 tons the G-POWER compressor engine accelerates to 310 km/h. In order provide the stability, G-POWER delivers the G-POWER conversion only in connection with the well-known cubic capacity extension to 5.2l. The correspondingly developed automatic gearbox was enlarged to 800 Nm and furthermore offers all advantages of the automatic operation.
Impressive appearance with G-POWER HIGHLINE design
Less is not always more. So, designer and technicians of G-POWER developed an aerodynamic package for the new 7series – “G-POWER HIGHLINE”. For the body work modifification it was not only important to deliver attachment parts, but also to replace the BMW-parts by the G-POWER design. The body kit is containing front and rear bumper, side skirts and the clear-cut trunk attachment characterizing the G-POWER line. G-POWER only uses plastic material with carbon reinforcement. Herewith, a low weight and durability are guaranteed.
G-POWER – Sound makes music
The rear of the G7 dominates with four stainless-steel tailpipes. The four-pipe exhaust system particularly developed for the 7series impresses and emphasizes the V8 compressor with a sporty, sonore sound. In comparison with series, the exhaust impact pressure and pipe way was optimized in order to realize the performance of 550 hp.
HIGHLINE and DESIGN – customized instead of manufacture
By its modern appearance, the new G-POWER Styling III wheel offers technically sporty design. The wheel arch deaeration was improved by 15 per cent by the special production and therefore affects the brake temperature positively. The 3-piece spun forged and machined alu wheel is manufactured directly at G-POWER and offers again characteristics of a real tuner wheel. Therefore, the customer receives instead of a standard wheel a rim especially fit into the wheel arch without any compromises.
The G7 rolls on impressive 9.00 x 22 with 265/30-ZR22 in the front and 11 x 22 with 295/25-ZR22. The delivered Michelin tyres are approved for the G-POWER G7 until 320 km/h.
Performance needs an equal opponent
Especially for heavy-weighing vehicles, G-POWER developed the new G400 brake system G400 in cooperation with the company Brembo. With the dimensions of 400 mm diameter and 36 mm thickness G-POWER meets highest requirements in terms of durability and fading stability. For the G7 5.2K driver this is an absolute novelty in security at highest speeds apart from the 300 km/h limit.
